Kevin creates and rolls out Leadership Development and Organizational Development for the City of Minneapolis. He prides himself on providing consulting services for city leadership, as well as the employees in the streets who “do the actual work” of the City. He has helped departments become more efficient and effective including the Minneapolis Fire Department, Regulatory Services and Community, Planning and Economic Development.

Kevin previously served as an organizational development leader at Thomson Reuters working with legal, financial and health care products. He has a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership, Policy and Development and a Masters of Arts in Public Policy from the University of Minnesota. He is a graduate of Macalester College and an active alum.
